Encanto Hostel is a unique property situated amidst nature on Colombia's Caribbean coast. Our accommodation options include private and shared rooms, common areas, and a river-facing terrace, offering guests an authentic experience. We are located in Mendihuaca, a beautiful area just 45 minutes away from Santa Marta. Our location allows guests to enjoy the tranquillity of nature while still being close to nearby attractions like Tayrona National Park. Our target audience comprises tourists seeking to appreciate the natural beauty of Colombia.
Our rooms feature private balconies overlooking the river, daily cleaning service, and high-quality bedding for a comfortable stay. Additionally, we offer our guests access to the river, Wi-Fi, and free parking in front of the hostel for added convenience.
Encanto Hostel Policy and Condition:
Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful time here! The location is amazing with a very relaxing river in the back and a short walk to a beautiful swimming hole! However, the owner and their neighbors really make this hostel incredible! 10/10 recommend!

No kitchen unfortunately, even though it says so in the description ): You have to pay 5.000 COP to enter the road so carry some cash with you. It’s a nice place and quite new. It’s amidst Nature, but they also have a bar/music stage. Very clean and nice staff. The food is delicious but quite expensive for the amount you’re getting (20-40.000 COP). We thought it was quite expensive for it is at the moment, but it got great potential for the future (:
