Motorbikes and cars are available for rent, and all the tips you need to ensure a pleasant stay.
In Baucau, daTerra agroecological farm can be your next stop, where you will experience a deep connection with nature, on a permaculture-designed farm and seed bank.

Where to start! This is one of the most wonderful hostels I’ve stayed at. It feels like a homestay and the ladies became my friends in the blink of an eye. I already can’t wait to go back and catch up with them!
Fernando, the owner, is such a kind person with lots of sustainable and community-oriented ideas - it’s incredibly interesting to chat with him.

I had a fantastic stay at daTerra and have to give them a straight 10/10 even if they don't offer wifi but local simcards are cheap. The ladies are nice and do everything to accommodate you. We had little small talks and lots of laughs, and their organic food is just fantastic. It was an overall perfect experience for that price if you consider all the other places rates around. Bonus: you can rent a scooter directly from daterra for way cheaper than any other place around.

First of all, there is really no Wi-Fi at DaTerra. Actually, there is no Wi-Fi in the whole area. So you need to get a SIM card and welcome to Timor Leste.
The place seems to be expensive, compare to Indonesia, but it’s not. The price is very fair and the ladies cook extremely good. I think it’s the only place where you can stay in Dili.
