We booked a private room in the hostel but were surprised when without any heads up we were taken to stay at a hotel across the street. It was strange as no one explained the context and we assumed we’d be on site. I think the staff were distracted as well because every time we asked for help with booking a bus or activity we were given one word answers and dismissed. The actual hostel space was cool though.
