We have a clean, cozy, and relaxing 24-hour lounge where our guests can communicate with each other and exchange their travel memories. From our spacious terrace, you can enjoy the Kinugawa-river view and the Japanese seasons. Also, like all other K’s House hostels, we have a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook after buying food at a supermarket only a 5-minute walk away from us.
K’s House Nikko is an ideal travel base for exploring Nikko's historical temples and shrines (registered as world heritage by UNESCO) and for sensing the magnificence of nature around this area, being relaxed with our good onsen. 2. Check-out Time:08:00-11:00.
3. Reception hours: 08：00-20：00
4. Payment:
Cash(Japanese Yen),Credit card( Visa, Master)
5. Cancellation Policy:
* For reservations cancelled BEFORE 00:00am two days before the scheduled check-in date, there will be no cancellation charge.
* For reservations cancelled between 00:00am and 11:59pm two days before the scheduled check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 30% of the total price.
* For reservations cancelled between 00:00am and 11:59pm the day before the scheduled check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total price.
* For reservations cancelled after 00:00am on the scheduled check-in date, or in cases where no notice of cancellation is received, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total price.
6. Age restrciton:
(1)Children aged 6 years and under may not stay in dormitory rooms
(2)children aged 7 - 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
7. No smoking.
8. Pets are not allowed.
9. We do not accept large group (more than 10 people/2 rooms) bookings even if the bookings come from different persons/different booking site with the intention to form a group in the hostel. We have the right to cancel large group bookings.

The nicest hostel I have ever stayed at. All of the facilities are fantastic and everything is so clean. Although slightly out of central Nikko, the hostel is close to 2 train stations and bus routes in the area as well as plenty of shops and restaurants. This is the perfect place to stay if you want a relaxing break in nature.

Absolutely beautiful! Feels less like a hostel and more like a mountain retreat with its own onsen by a flowing turquoise river. I wasn’t looking at the map when booking, and it’s about an hour to the shrines and lake in Nikko but an easy day trip and at K’s House you’re away from all the crowds that just go to Nikko. All very clean, with a great kitchen and loads of seating areas to relax and meet other guests and talk to the lovely staff!

This hostel was super nice. The onsen was definitely worth the stay. It's also very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It's a little bit of a travel from the attractions in Nikko, but I would say it is worth the effort.
