Musketeers Guest House

We are a friendly, comfortable and cosy family run guest house in the heart of Tay Ho district, Hanoi. Located opposite a park and next to the lake, come here to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the old quarter and allow our staff to make you feel at home! On our ground floor we have a bar / café supplying the fry-up breakfast, crepes and a variety of drinks including coffee, tea, juices, smoothies, milkshakes, beer and cocktails..

Our second floor has 2 dormitory rooms with quality wooden bunk beds and charging stations and bathroom amenities to make your stay comfortable. The larger dorm is a mixed dorm with 8 beds. It has a private bathroom and bathtub. The second dorm is a female-only dorm with 6 beds. It has a private bathroom. On the third floor we have 3 private rooms (2 double rooms and 1 twin room) with a large shared bathroom. The rooftop is a chilled space where guests can enjoy some evening drinks.


Terms & Conditions

Check-in – Normal Check In time starts at 15h00, but every effort will be made to accommodate earlier or later Check Ins (if arranged in advance). It is however allowed to drop off luggage prior to Check In if desired.

Check-out – Checkout time is before 12h00. Please tell us in advance if you require a later Checkout and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

Room keys on arrival – During normal working hours the keys will be handed over to the guest after payment and administration. Special arrangements for key collection must be made for late arrivals.

Hotel Policy

Wifi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking is limited at the property so please contact us before hand so we can organise to meet your needs.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking – Smoking is completely forbidden inside the house. – Smoking is permitted outside the house, please use the ashtrays placed in the
yard and barbecue area

Guest Rooms:

– Please do not use flammables for heating, cooking or the like, irons candles, etc., in the guest room or corridors without the consent of the Guesthouse owner.

– Cooking, eating and storing food in the rooms is not allowed.

– Please do not use guest rooms for business activities or for any purposes other than accommodation use, without the consent of the
Guesthouse owner.

– All visits by friends or family must be arranged with management. .

– Maximum occupancy must be adhered to and include children of all ages.
