Property Description
The Sign of Silence Hostel is a small Hostel located in Kumasi. We have a 4-bed dorm and two double rooms. At the Hostel you not only get to enjoy a peaceful stay, you also have the opportunity to support and engage with deaf youth.
The Hostel is part of the Job Creation and Training Centre for the deaf. Here we train the hearing impaired to be independent with applicable skills like Sewing, Carpentry, Hairdressing, Catering and Hardware and Software repair. All profits of the Hostel will go to the centre.
During your stay you get the chance to learn sign language, get a beads workshop from one of our deaf trainees or get new clothes made by our sewing class.
Sign of Silence Hostel Policy and Condition:
Cancellation Policy: 1 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 16.00 to 23.00
Check out before 11.00
Payment upon arrival by Cash / Mobile Money
Taxes not included (the rate of 21% will be added.)
Breakfast included
General:
24 hours reception.
No curfew
No children allowed in the dorm room unless you rent the whole room.
