Gorilla Home Stay lies in the heart of Kigali, a lively and popular neighborhood with an excellent night life. It was started by a university hostel management student who enjoys accommodating interesting travelers (he?ll cook you a free, amazing breakfast as long as you wake before 10am!).

Expect air conditioning, stellar staff, hot showers, and WiFi, plus the experience of a cheery community (artists, musicians, people in politics) which likes to hang out.

Less than a block down the road, enjoy a delicious French restaurant with an all-inclusive 3-course lunch and a menu that changes every week. Further down, you?ll find more restaurants popular amongst both locals and tourists, as well as a supermarket. Motos and taxis will be right outside to take you longer distances throughout Kigali (check out our memorials, art centers, and street markets!). The City Center is about 7 minutes by moto, where there?s a 24/7 ATM with no withdrawal fees (Cogebanque Head Office).

Cancellation policy: 48hs before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
