Staff weren't very welcoming or helpful. Even though there is a security code for the building itself there are no keys/swipe cards for the rooms themselves meaning anyone could walk in. The lockers are so tiny you can't fit too many valuables/luggage in there. There are sensor lights outside of the shower which means the lights will turn off when you're showering and you can't trigger them on again because you're in the shower. Location was great, it was all pretty clean.

BED BUGS! Early September! Stayed here on a dirty bed, covered with hair and not even a fitted sheet. Bathrooms were dirty and to top it off there were bed bugs! Stay away

Good value stay in a great location, walking distance to everything and transport. Hostel was clean and had everything you need. Check in process was slow, everyone had to wait around an hour to check in, but staff were doing their best and super friendly. Dorms have no locks on the doors but there are lockers available.
