Great location but minimal offerings. Toilets didnâ€™t offer any toilet paper and no tip bed sheet just a heavy wool blanket. Staff is super helpful but the place feels forgotten with broken furnitures,,etc. itâ€™s a fine place for a nap.

This hostel could be the best overall in Mexico City, instead itâ€™s just the best value. It has an amazing location and structure yet needs a renovation to reach its potential. If the facilities were upgraded then it would be a fantastic hostel. The kitchen, the bathrooms, the sofas, the rooms, the downstairs common area, the terrace and courtyard all need money spent. Murals on the wall add a vibe which is light yet dark in others. Staff whilst good could be better.

Really poor service. Arrived after a long bus journey to be told we had to wait 10 minutes for another receptionist to check us in. 10 minutes turned into 40 minutes and when said receptionist appeared we were told there were no free beds and they had overbooked the hostel. Receptionist was apathetic when we enquired about a refund and directed us to take it up with Hostelworld.
