El Sofá Caracas Policy and Condition:

Cancellation policies, 72 hours before arrival, guests who cancel less than 72 hours before check-in or no-show, will be charged 50% of the reservation amount.

Payment upon arrival can be made in cash, dollars or euros, credit / debit cards.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, (In case of smoking a cigarette, electric cigarette or similar inside the rooms, we will charge a fine of $50.

Wi-Fi is free and available in common areas and in bedrooms.
A deposit of $50 will be charged at check-in for Double Rooms and $30 for Shared Rooms, in case of any damage or loss caused in the room. the deposit will be retained. If the damage or loss is greater than the amount of the deposit, the guest must pay the total amount of the repair or replacement. This deposit will be returned 100% if there is no damage or loss in the room.
