Unfortunately, this hostel is the worst we have stayed in South America over the last four months. We booked a private room through the HostelWorld app but when we arrived there was no room available for us. We arrived late so didnâ€™t have a chance to source different accom. Stayed in a 6-bed dorm which was absolutely rancid. The dorm smelled like urine, the beds were awful, no aircon (even though it was advertised), extremely dirty, toilet didnâ€™t flush properly. Would not recommend!

A fine place to stay for a night or two while visiting waterfalls. Private room was comfortable and aircon was great. Staff spoke little English (and we unfortunately speak very little Spanish)so communication was hard. They tried to over charge us and we had all our food stolen from the fridge which soured the experience for us.
