The most important communal aspect of our lodging is our club, Azul Rosa, which is dedicated to showcasing indie or boutique electronic music from around the world. Azul Rosa is more than just a club; it's a space that constantly refreshes itself through new and recurring visiting artists and guests. Azul Rosa gives our lodging a purpose and a ready-made community for travelers seeking an authentic and immersive experience.
Nestled between the ancient volcanoes and bays of Guatemala’s Lake Atitlan, the lodging area offers stunning views of 3 volcanoes and multiple mountains that are ideal for taking a while to detox from one of our infamous parties and residencies and get ready to keep going from sunset to late. Lounge on our beach chairs or go down to our private lake-side mini beach and hang out with like-minded travelers in the day, and dance to one of our carefully curated local residencies and visiting DJ’s.

If you're here to enjoy the bustling atmosphere of the lake, explore the nearby villages during the day and party into the night, and immerse yourself in the energy of our thriving electronic music scene, our lodging is the perfect place to stay when you visit Lake Atitlan. Not only are we located no more than a 15 minute walk ( 2 minute motorcycle-taxi or 5 minute bike ride) from the center of town, we are a minute’s walk away from the piers that host a constant flow of water taxis to one of nearly a dozen picturesque towns, each with their own blend of modern traveler culture and millennial-old Mayan heritage.

Cancellation policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 11:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 14:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit & debit cards.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.

Taxes not included - 12% VAT
Breakfast not included.

General:
- Reception hours 14:00 to 22:00 .
- We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age.
- Our parties run Wednesday to Saturday from 5 PM-1 AM, please only come if you’re sure that’s the kind of atmosphere that’s ideal for you.
Though we do have bar service on Monday and Tuesday, they are no party days per se, and we cannot guarantee a party experience if you´re booking for those days.
- No refunds will be given for: Noise, Misunderstanding of the party schedules, Expectations based on Assumptions that disregard our lodging's purpose, Being the only Guests, Security Concerns that disregard our information regarding 24/7 Security, CCTV Security Cameras, Irrational fears of Imaginary Hypothetical Incidents.
