Jiran Hostel makes it easy to explore Kota Kinabalu's best spots!
Enjoy the privacy of dedicated blackout curtains in some rooms, providing a tranquil and personal space. Certain beds come with a private area equipped with a locker, international power plugs, and a reading light, ensuring a secure and convenient stay. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning for a comfortable and refreshing atmosphere.
We offer complimentary drinking water, all-day coffee, tea, and snacks. Enjoy the convenience of daily housekeeping and amenities like towels, linens, pillows, and blankets. Take a break with Netflix, and for our guests who smoke, we have a designated smoking area on our garden rooftop.

- We do not operate a 24-hour reception, our reception is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Providing your estimated arrival time is greatly appreciated and helps us manage our reception efficiently.
- Kindly inform us when there is any changes on your estimated arrival time, Flight number or bus schedule.
- When necessary, we can arrange self-check-in for late arrivals.
- Check-in time is at 14:00 (2:00 PM).
- Check-out time is at 12:00 PM.
- Cash payment upon check-in.

One of the best hostels I stayed in in my backpacking! Really fresh and clean hostel that is newly renovated. The staff was super kind and helpful! The dorms are big and have a lot of space (no bed curtains though). Also really central and close to everything. They have an AC that works 24/7 in the dorm which was super nice.

What a wonderful stay in Jiran Hostel! I would like to commend the great service of Jia and Rachel who so kind, attentive, friendly and helpful. location was perfect and very central to many attractions. The room was superb and clean. Highly recommended and will definitely go back here when in Kota Kinabalu. Great job ðŸ‘ðŸ»
