I was supposed to stay and to go on a tour arranged by the hostel. This was prerranged weeks ago. Deserted place with a locked door, and a owner that didn't speak any English. They had 'forgotten' about the tour, and trying to sell me something, very overpriced and vague with a plainclothes 'guide'. Owner did not want to accept payment at check-in and never signed me in the registry. Another scam? Very unsafe experience. Owner plays loud music at night. Their kids ran around poking me. I left.
