A guest house for travelers, comfort, and security, we are located right in the commercial center of Paraty, 300m from the bus station, 800m from the historic center, and close to the pharmacy, bakery, banks, and markets.

The house has a communal area with a barbecue and a shared kitchen equipped with utensils. A quiet place with an air of comfort. Everything to make our fellow travelers feel at home. They can book excursions from the comfort of their accommodation. We have a boat, motorboat, jeep, and bicycle rental options.

Cancellation policy: 4 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 23:00 .
Check out from 00:00 to 11:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.

Breakfast included.

Reception: from 09:00 to 23:00
No curfew.

Respect the spaces and areas allowed for smokers. Breakfast from 8 am to 10 am. Bed linen changed every 3 days, as well as bath towels. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. It is not allowed to remove objects from the house, or stain sheets and towels, subject to replacement. It is forbidden to store food in the rooms.
