The individual retreat cubicle is just for you and nobody else. Its door locks from inside and outside. Its walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling. The cubicle has a power outlet and is nicely air-conditioned. It has access to a communal bathroom/shower/sink and a common lounge/breakfast area
Fresh, clean sheets, pillows, towels, and blankets, provided
The communal bathroom has multiple private shower cabins, private toilet cabins, and sinks. It's kept clean and tidy.
Body/hair wash, hand soap provided
The common lounge/breakfast area has a breakfast counter, refrigerator, microwave, filtered hot/cold/room temperature water dispenser, and toaster. No stove and no sink
The cubicle room has a platform bed (75'' long and 45'' wide), a bed-side desk, and a shelf. Luggage storage space underneath the platform bed. A power outlet in each cubicle. Each floor has 25 individual cubicles. We are booked at full capacity most of the time

Location is very good. Minutes from Moynihan Train Hall. Few miles walk to main Times Square and many other places in NYC.
Facilities are clean. Rooms are cozy. May be a bit of noise due to open ceiling but sufficient for a few nights sleep.
Overall great value for money for a few nights in NYC considering it’s location. Possibly the cheapest option in NYC.

Up front, you get a room with a single bed, just enough space to stand up next to it and a door that locks. That's all I ever need when staying in NYC. If you need room to stretch out, go outside. This place is located solidly in Midtown only a few blocks away from Moynihan train hall. It's hard to find a place at this price (around $200 per night, *after tax* when I booked) which also makes me feel safe to leave my stuff there during the day.
