Central Pod Capsule Hostel - in an excellent location - 172a Sivutha Blvd, Krong Siem Reap. We provide clean and spacious capsules. Each capsule has a comfortable mattress that comes with a reading light, an electrical socket, privacy blinds, and a locker to keep your belongings.

A different experience from the traditional bunk-bed hostels. In our pod, we are located in the center, main Sivutha Road walking distance to Pub Street, ATM, Pharmacy, Cafe, and Restaurants.

HOSTEL RULES

Dear guests, to ensure safety and comfort of the Hostel guests during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines.

Room check-in is from 2 p.m. Check out is until 12 p.m. Complimentary Coffee & Tea is available at the lobby area.

Guests on Private rooms are given the key upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to lock the rooms all the times. Guests are required to handover their keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key, they are obligated to pay the penalty of $50.00 USD.

Rooms & Capsules can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.

From 21:00 to 07:00 hours are the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can disturb other guests. Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Hostel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects House Rules.

We assume that the Guests are familiarized and fully understand the Hotel Rules at the beginning of their stay in our Hostel.

For your convenience we have provided a safe locker. Located 1st floor and 2nd floor. Hostel bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform Reception. We suggest you to double check locks prior leaving.

All rooms have air conditioning. Hostel is entirely non-smoking. In case of non-compliance with this rule, Hotel is obliged to charge the penalty of $100.00 USD.

Wi-Fi internet is free and available in the entire hostel. Username: CENTRAL POD, Password: centralpodsr
Linen is changed every third day. Used towels are changed upon request.

Hostel guests must have appropriate clothes and footwear when they are moving through the public spaces of the hostel.

It is not allowed to take or use of drugs, explosive, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals in to the hostel. For any damage caused by the Guest to the hostel property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the Hostel.

Please observe cleanliness at all times.

Airport transfers are available upon request. The official price list of this service is published at the Reception.

Capsule guest not allow visitor due to privacy and security of other capsule guest; Private room guest allows visitors but need to register to the reception. Extra person stays a fee of $10/person/night

In case of cancellation of further Guest stay by the Hostel caused by misbehavior and disrespect of Hostel Rules, Hostel reserves the right to charge for full length of stay as per reservation.

It is not allowed to take out from the hostel the room inventory (pillows, bed covers, towels).

If you have any suggestion on hostel service or if you have any technical problem in your room, please be free to inform us at your earliest convenience. In case of late notice for any complaints that you might have, when hostel has no chance to react, those situations will not be considered as a reason for accommodation rate discount.
