All cancellations on standard bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the latest check out time.
Any no show for a standard booking may result in a charge up to the total amount of your booking.
Reservations are not transferable and not refundable.
Beds and rooms can not be changed under any circumstances, even if agreed among guests.
In case you want to change your bed/room, please contact the reception desk, our staff will be happy to help you. ? No room/bed can be changed without authorisation. IF WE DETECT A BED/ROOM CHANGE, WE WILL NOT REFUND THE 50$ BOND.
Every guest has its personal GoKi code for opening the doors, never give this code to any guest or visitor.
Check-in time is from 2 pm onwards and check-out must be before 11 am. If you wish an early check in, a late check out or if you wish to extend your stay, please contact the reception desk. Note that your personal opening door code will not be activated before and after your reservation period unless prior notice.
A set of sheets will be provided for your stay. A clean set of sheets will be provided every 2 weeks, please contact reception every time you need a fresh set of sheets.
Every guest will have access to 2 lockers, one in the bedroom for personal belongings, and one in the kitchen for storing food. Padlocks can be hired at the reception desk.
The hostel is not responsible for any loss or damage. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Guests are required to be respectful with each other, a change of room or a free booking cancellation will not be authorized due to a discussion among guests. If this is your case, please contact a member of our staff.
If the guest finds any damage to the accommodation please report it immediately, otherwise, if it is considered a damage due to misuse, it will be deducted from the deposit.
Quiet hours: 10 pm-8 am
Reception hours: 10 am-6 pm
The kitchen is open from 7 am-10 pm
Smoking or vapours are not allowed.
You are not allowed to bring in alcohol in the hostel.
Be respectful and mindful of other guests (making loud noises, obstructing others' sleep, making a mess, and quarantining yourself if you are sick)

Pro: close to light rail station
Cons: no staff, no luggage storage, cramped room, toilets in the corridor don't have locks, the only common areas are a tiny kitchen and the rooftop, reasonably clean but so old and worn it's hard to tell

No reception/staff at this hostel can only communicate through the app. Arrived & room was a mess, covered with peoples things that looked like they were living there. Pictures are not a true reflection of what the rooms look like especially the bathroom it was disgusting & so dirty. My allocated locker was also taken by someone else and no spare lockers. Messaged staff who said they would fix & literally nothing changed. Not a welcoming atmosphere and very loud in the area. Don’t stay here.

very clean, comfortable, safe. beds really comfy. the one bad thing is the kitchen hot plates (no stove) don’t work well. but there’s an air fryer, toaster, microwave.
