Tourism Tax :
From 01-01-2023 the Malaysian government has introduced a mandatory Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night for all hotels in Malaysia. Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents check-in with MyCard are exempted from this Tourism Tax.

Heritage Tax (Local Government Fee) :
As per 01-06-2014, the Penang state government has introduced a mandatory tax of RM2 per room per night for all hotels in Penang. This tax is payable upon arrival or departure at the hotel and is not included in the room rate.

Age Requirement :
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Hotel reserves the right to check photo identification.

Early Check-In :
- Early Check-In is offered based on availability. If you require a guaranteed check-in for arrival prior to 3 pm then pre-registration and payment may be required.
- For early arrival before 8 am, it is recommended to pre-book the room one day in advance with a full day charge.

Late Check-Out :
- Unless otherwise stated in the specific rate plan terms & conditions, Check-In Time is after 3 pm and Check-Out Time is 12 pm.
- The Hotel may accommodate late check-out after 12 pm for an additional fee, subject to room availability.
