LUMEN ALBERGUE

New hostel in a historic building, recently refurbished. It has two floors dedicated entirely to hostel services, with a modern and exclusive design, uniquely designed to make the guest feel comfortable and relaxed.

Its 43 beds are distributed in 5 large rooms, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom. The shared bathrooms are spacious and modern with independent showers as well as an exclusive private shower area in a separate room. The common areas are composed of a large room with a bar in the middle where the kitchen area with all the services are located. There is also a large terrace (80 m2) facing south-west to relax and share good times with your fellow travellers. The hostel also has laundry facilities (dryers, washing machines and laundry facilities), vending machine as well as infusions and free coffee for our guests. We also have a closed and guarded garage with free parking for bicycles.

The building is located at the foot of the Camino de Santiago in the heart of the historic city of Mondoñedo and 50 m from the Cathedral. Due to its location with respect to the region of 'A Mariña Lucense', it is an excellent place to get to know better this wonderful region, as it is situated in the centre of it, being 18 minutes away from the natural monument of the Cathedrals Beach.

All the services available are luxurious, with all the modern comforts. The beds, designed for this project, have a private niche with position and reading light, sockets and shelves, as well as a small wardrobe at the foot of each bed. This hostel is open all year round and we offer a special breakfast (on request) and not included in the price as well as a picnic breakfast at a very economical price. All the facilities have heating which is switched on when the outside temperature drops below 15 degrees Celsius. We also collaborate with local restaurants with a menu and food available for delivery, so you can enjoy a good meal without leaving the facilities.

Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
