We are Hostal Casita Matata, located in the Uramba Bahía Málaga National Park. We have created a 100% eco and handmade space that is built with local wood and lots of love so that you can share it and enjoy it with other fellow travelers with the freedom that characterizes this wonderful beach, where you can be yourself.

We are located in best spot of La Barra, in the middle of restaurants, convenience stores, and facing the sea, in a safe, beautiful, comfortable and fun environment.

All rooms have Wi-Fi access, fans, plugs, reading lamps and most importantly: mosquito nets. You will also have coffee and a refrigerator at your disposal.

We have a bar, a hammock area to relax, a hanging mesh, and a pleasant bonfire area for bohemian nights.

La Barra is the ideal place to explore the biodiversity of the Colombian Pacific coast.
You can enjoy many different activities such as:

- Humpback Whale Watching (July - October)

- Beaches of all types of sand

- Night expeditions through the mangroves where you can swim and see the magic of plankton at its fullest

If you love fishing, you have come to the right place to be guided and accompanied by natives of this fishing town.

Our main objective is to share culture by organizing local music performances and bringing together natives, travelers and Currulao singers from the area in a large monthly party.

To board the speedboat, go to the Buenaventura tourist pier (office #8 - La Fragata)
