Property Description

The Bear Bungalow located in a village away from the traffic & noise with scenic views minute away and surrounded by local people. Free wifi is equipped and available throughout the property. There is free cooking classes and scooters to rent and you can also join free organised kampot tours and the property is located near a waterfalls (10 min) easy to beat the kampot heat.
Loud music until 2AM at the parties we organize on weekends, mostly on saturdays :)

Term & Conditions

Cancellation policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Reception hours: 7:30 to 24:00 .
Check in from 12:30 to 22:00 .
Check out before 11:45 .
Payment upon arrival by cash only .
Taxes included.

No curfew.
Pet friendly.
Child friendly only if booking private rooms and being with the guardian .

beautiful property in a village, surrounded by locals. wasn't able to use the pool and no hot water, otherwise everything is ok.
