Livramento Residence

Our accommodation has all the amenities to stay in Sao Miguel.

Located in a residential area in Livramento, just 10 minutes from the center of Ponta Delgada, 3 minutes from Praia do Populo, a supermarket 100 meters away, bus stop at the door, the ideal place for your holidays or business stay.

We have a shared laundry room for guests to use, parking, and cooking facilities in our shared kitchen/living room.
All rooms with private bathrooms, plasma TVs, Wifi, and a pantry with a microwave and all utensils for your meals (you cannot cook in the room).

Located in a residential area with a Supermarket 100 meters away, a Taxi and bus stop to Ponta Delgada or Lagoa at the door, and the best beaches in Ponta Delgada are just 20 minutes away on foot. Praia do Populo where you can find the Sunset café, the ideal place for a meal.

Livramento Residence Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the total amount. In case of No-Show, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

We will charge the 50% of the total amount 7 days before arrival. In case of denied pre-payment, the booking will be cancelled.

Check in from 15:00 to 23:00 .
Check out from 00:00 to 11:00 .

Payment upon arrival by credit cards, debit cards.
