The Jumbo Stay STF/IYHF lives up to its name ? it?s in a renovated jumbo jet set near the airport. Many of our guests say this hostel is ?perfect for early flights or late arrivals?, with breakfast served from 3am and shuttle buses running to the airport 24 hours a day. Jumbo Stay and Jumbo Bar & Restaurant is only a 6 minute ride with the free shuttle bus from the terminals at Arlanda airport. Perfect for anyone catching an early flight and does not want to get out of bed before dawn to make it to the airport in time. Now you can easily book a night at Jumbo Stay prior to your departure for an extraordinary experience before beginning of your trip - as well as relaxation.
Jumbo Stay offers 29 comfortable rooms with single, two and three bed private rooms or two and four bed dormitories.
All together, the hostel offers 61 beds; the most luxurious is to be found on the planes upper deck which boasts an exclusive Cockpit suite with private shower and toilet. The rooms are approximately six square meters in size and measure nearly four meters from floor to ceiling.
Each room has a flat screen TV. Everywhere in the jumbo jet you have access to wireless broadband. Jumbo Stay is also equipped and fitted with five modern bathroom and toilet facilities on the main deck, which are also accessible for handicapped guests.
Jumbo Stay is open and staffed 24 hrs around the clock by one of the Jumbo crew members, to make it convenient for guests leaving and arriving at different times. We also sell food, light snacks and beverages at our Jumbo Bar & Restaurant. For those who have brought their own food we have two microwave ovens available for your convenience. Breakfast is served from three o'clock in the morning.

I arrived around 9pm at the hotel and there was no staff present. I rang the door bell and a voice told me to check my spam folder for a payment link to complete my payment for the hotel. It seemed a bit shady to me, given I normally pay at the front desk. Apparently this hotel has no staff on site, except cleaners. He reassured me that it was fine so I went ahead and entered my card details, and then he gave me instructions on how to access my room. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean.

Super scary as a young woman, solo traveler to arrive in the middle of the night. The bus drops you in what looks like the middle of the forest, you can soon see the plane but still, I emailed the staff twice and got no response whatsoever on how to arrive so I was really scared when the bus dropped me off in the middle of the forest.
Besides that the experience of staying in a plane is wonderful.

My Monzo account I tried 3 times to send the money and confirmed the transaction on line with a message than the vendor needs to respond. This happened on my first visit and the staff wanted me to pay I’m cash I didn’t have. Yesterday arrived late again send money and confirmed three times with message that vendor needs to respond which they didn’t do. Now the send an email? What’s going on here?

Ofrecemos fantásticos extras para nuestros huéspedes como visitas guiadas a la cabina del piloto (si está disponible). Estamos justo en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Estocolmo Arlanda y somos el único hostal del mundo que está en el interior de un avión Jumbo, un verdadero Boeing 747.
A los huéspedes les encanta nuestra ubicación al lado del aeropuerto, a sólo dos minutos de las terminales. Para pasarlo bien en los ratos de ocio, los huéspedes suelen ver películas o entretenerse viendo los aviones despegar y aterrizar.
También tenemos instalaciones adaptadas para minusválidos, con ascensor y habitaciones adaptadas para sillas de ruedas.
