We are housed in a 120 year old colonial styled bungalow in one of Mysore's most affluent areas. Peaceful neighbourhood, close to tourist attractions all within 3km radius, supermarkets and cafes, hassle free parking, serene lawn garden, backyard chillout area and wonderful ambience.
it's a versatile hub for vacationers, bikers, backpackers, cousins club and digital nomads to immerse themselves in the local culture while enjoying the comforts of home.

Early Check-In or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract a charge
All guests must provide a government issued identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in
Check-out on time in order to prepare the place for the next guest
Payment policy
Full payment to be made before check-in
All card transactions are subject to a surcharge
All dues to be cleared a night prior to your early morning check-out

Cancellation policy
Cancellation is allowed 72 hours ahead of the earliest check-in date if the booking made with us directly
Full refund will be provided within 48 Hours of cancellation
If the booking was made through a travel agency (such as Booking.com, etc..), you must cancel or amend your reservation with the agency

Guest policy
Right to admission is reserved.
In case of any inappropriate action / behaviour by the guests, xplorest reserves the right to cancel the reservation on-spot without refund.
Usage of drugs or controlled substances are strictly prohibited anywhere in the property
Please respect your co-hostellers / guests and neighbours
Keep the volume low between 10PM to 6AM (Silent hours)
Visitors are allowed in common areas only
We are not responsible for your belongings
Kindly keep your valuables locked in the drawers provided
Guest will be charged 200Rs / lost key
The premises is equipped with CCTV recording for safety monitoring
