- Cancellation policy: 48 hours before arrival.
- In case of a no-show or late cancellation, you will still be charged the full reservation.
- Early check-out is not refundable.
- Check-in from 15:00 to 23:00
- Check out before 11:00 key codes don't work after check-out time.
- Payment upon arrival by credit card, or debit card.
- Payment 2 days before arrival by the same card as the reservation.
- This property might pre-authorize your credit card.

I had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and the included coffee, tea, and biscuits was a nice touch. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you could need, and the room was cozy and relaxing.
The location of the Sunny House was perfect - just a short 5-minute walk to the historic center and only 10 minutes to the bus station. they operate with online check-in, so make sure you have completed the online check-in beffore arrive.
