Do NOT stay here. My booking was cancelled without notice - I did not find out until I arrived. They did not answer their phones or emails during the day. They left me on the street at 11pm with no where to stay.

Here is what happened to me, I NEVER got the confirmation code to be able to enter the building and ending up SPENDING THE NIGHT OUTSIDE with no place to stay. They have no staff after 10pm nor a phone line to reach out. My flight had a delayed of 5 hours and it was already 10:30pm when I got there. One of the workers at the restaurant right next to the building told me this happens VERY often to other people. Don't they dare to charge me after doing this to me, don't they or I will report them.

There are no amenities available. There are no common areas & our room has a no food or drink rule which is inconvenie. The owner/staff member is passive-aggressive and intimidating. There was a rule on the wall saying you can store your luggage for free on the day of checkin and checkout so I asked the staff about it and they did not oblige to it and denied permission to store luggage. The bunk beds are shaky and disrupt the person you are bunking with. The pillow is poor quality and too flat.
