Ora Place Dubai General Terms
All guests must present valid identification upon check-in (passport, national ID, or driver’s license).
Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in unless accompanied by a guardian or have written guardian permission.
By staying at our hostel, guests agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer.
The management reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the stipulated time.
3. Security Deposit
A security deposit of 300 AED is required upon check-in if staying longer than 30 days. This deposit is refundable upon check-out, subject to room inspection.
The deposit may be used to cover any damages or loss of hostel property during the stay.
If the cost of damages exceeds the deposit amount, the guest will be liable to pay the difference.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 3 pm, and check-out time is by 11 am.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must return all keys and any hostel property upon check-out.
5. Room Allocation and Use
Room allocations are at the discretion of the management and are subject to availability.
Guests must not exceed the allocated occupancy of their rooms.
The use of rooms is strictly for accommodation purposes; any other use is prohibited.
6. Hostel Rules
Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 8 am. Please respect other guests during this period.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hostel premises except in designated smoking areas.
No illegal activities, drugs, or substances are allowed on the premises.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their rooms. Daily housekeeping is provided.
7. Personal Belongings
The hostel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the lockers provided.
Guests must lock their rooms and lockers when not present.
8. Visitors
Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms. All visitors must leave the hostel premises by 10 pm.
The management reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor.
9. Damage and Liability
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the hostel property during their stay.
In the event of damage or loss, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.
The hostel is not liable for injury, damage, or loss of life caused by the use of hostel facilities.
10. Termination of Stay
The management reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay if they violate any of the hostel’s terms and conditions.
In the event of termination, the guest will forfeit their booking fee and may be liable for additional charges.
11. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made 2 days before the check-in date for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee.
The security deposit is refundable upon check-out, following a room inspection, and provided no damage or loss is found.
12. Privacy Policy
The hostel respects the privacy of all guests. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
13. Amendments
The management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes upon check-in.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates.
