Cancellation Policy:
- Refundable Reservation: Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival. The total reservation price will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
- Non-Refundable Reservation: Guests will be charged the total reservation price if they cancel at any time.

Prepayment Policy:
- Refundable Reservation: The property will pre-authorize your card before arrival. If pre-authorization fails, the booking may be canceled.
- Non-Refundable Reservation: Guests will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.

Payment Upon Arrival:
Accepted methods: Cash, Credit & Debit Cards.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs AED 35 per day.

Hostel check-in and out process:

- Check-in Process:
Check-in Time: Between 02:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
Documents: Present an original passport upon arrival.
Payment: Advance payment for the entire stay is required.
Security Deposit: A 100 AED security deposit is required for the access card, refundable upon return.
Keys & Access Card: Handed over at check-in.
Baggage Allowance: Guests are allowed a maximum of 2 suitcases. No additional luggage will be accepted.

- Check-out Process:
Check-out Time: Before 12:00 PM.
If you plan to extend your stay, please inform us 24 hours in advance, or we may have to wake you up.
Keys & Access Card Return: Must be returned by 12:00 PM to avoid being charged for an additional day.
Deposit Refund: The 100 AED deposit will be refunded upon returning the access card.

Children: Not allowed.
Minimum Age for Check-in: 14 years old.
Pets: Not permitted.
Room Pricing: Prices are per bed, not for the whole room.
