Family Hostel Danam - Adventure Tours Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 72 hours before check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.

Cancellations after the 72-hour window are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged the full price of the stay.

Check in from 09.00 to 16.00
Check out before 11.00 ( Late check-outs may be subject to additional fees.)

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

Full payment is due upon arrival or via online payment before the stay begins. Or in Cash on the check-in day.

General:
24 hours reception.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

No pets are allowed, except for certified service animals.

The consumption of drugs or excessive alcohol is prohibited on the property.
The hostel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

Guests are responsible for any damage to hostel property and may be charged accordingly.
The hostel is family-friendly, and children of all ages are welcome.

Children must be supervised at all times by their parents or guardians.
In case of any health emergencies, contact the reception immediately.

Guests are required to follow all safety guidelines provided by the hostel, including fire safety protocols.
Hostel facilities, including kitchens, common areas, and outdoor spaces, are to be shared respectfully with other guests.

Please clean up after yourself in shared areas.
