Enjoy a unique location in a charming “Dolce Vita” Villas on the roman hills, the wine area of Rome just 30min by train from the city centre and 5min walk from the authentic village of Zagarolo.

Reserve a bed in an ensuite dorm or a private room at least for 1 week.
Share our amazing common areas and facilities with the other travelers, go self make your breakfast or meal at the social kitchen, enjoy local wines, beers and other tasties at our WineBar&Cafè.
Relax at the bamboo forest. Chill out by the so-little-but-so-refreshing pool.
Meet the local community at the weekly Pizza Party and the other social club events.
Explore Rome and nearby or if you prefer consider a daily round trip to other towns as Naples or Florence.
