The staff was really nice , but there was never soap in the room , and also the trash was no changed and my card was never working so I had to go to reception everytime I wanted to go to my room , and the is not a social atmosphere , nobody is in the lobby , or only junky men

TERRIBLE experience. NO AIR CONDITIONER and FAN in the rooms. I was cooked in the room . There is only one person in customer service desk. They are very busy. There are always people line up in the customer service I do not recommend this location to any body . There is no locker in the room. You have to pay 4 Euro to use lockers in the lobby. I have never had this kinf of experience any other hostels around the world. I am travelling 20-30 time per year. This was my first terrible experience
