Lake Como Hostel La Primula is just 50 meters from the lake shore. Staying at the hostel means immersing yourself in the true Lake Como experience, with breathtaking views from both the rooms and the indoor and outdoor common areas.
The hostel features 13 rooms, including dormitories and private rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Housekeeping is performed daily, and free Wi-Fi is available in both common areas and rooms.
The hostel also boasts a lake-view bar and restaurant, Hosteria de Menas, where you can enjoy a lively atmosphere, affordable drinks, local specialties, Italian classics, and gourmet burgers. (Closed in winter)
Kayak rentals are available. Just across the road, you’ll find a public beach, while the ferry dock and town center are only a few minutes away.
Located in Menaggio (Mid-Lake), the hostel is a strategic base for exploring Lake Como, even using public transport. Our multilingual staff is happy to provide recommendations for hiking trails and sightseeing spots.
The hostel also organizes cooking classes and, through local partners, offers Italian language courses, sailing and rock climbing lessons, guided bike tours, hiking excursions, and more.
CHECK-IN: Every day: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM - For late arrivals, check-in may be arranged only with prior phone agreement. Guests arriving outside check-in hours without prior agreement will be considered no-show.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival (except for non-refundable rates).
Late cancellation (less than 5 days before arrival) will incur a charge equal to the first night’s stay.
No-show or cancellation of a non-refundable booking will result in full charge of the stay.
