I only booked one night due to previous comments about cleanliness. The kitchen is so dirty I didn’t use it, people had left half empty plates of uncovered pasta in the fridges, the bathrooms smelt and there was left over dove shower gel packages (I was the only person in the room so it could haven’t been another guests), there’s noise from the outside bar all night and no atmosphere. Having stayed at other vierjaros in Uruguay this is a massive disappointment.

staff were very friendly and helpful but the place is very old and run down. 2 toilets and 2 showers for 20+ beds. the shower head kept falling out and one time there was no toilet paper for a while in one of the toilets. There was absolutely no atmosphere. I would be very disappointed if I was travelling alone

Honestly, terrible value for the money. The rooms and showers and bathrooms were dirty and broken - the lock on the bathroom was broken so I could not even shower in peace. The rooms were terrible as well; I paid 100 USD/night for a 4 person mixed dorm. In the dorm, the beds were so small and there was only 1 power outlet to be shared amoungst 4 people. There were spiders everywhere. The location is in a very busy, touristy part of town. I’ve never had such a bad hostel experience and would not recommend t
