- Guests from extra european countries must carry a passport or a copy of it to be checked in
Cancellation Policy:We have a 72 hours prior arrival date cancellation policy, cancellation or change in a booking need to be done via e-mail. The amount charged will be your entire stay accommodation fare. Phone cancellations won't be accepted. In case of special events (such as Christmas, New Year's, Easter) the Hostel might contact you in order to request a 'down payment' or a pre-paid payment.

Location was convenient as it was close to the station. The hostel has useful information for tourists posted everywhere, such as where to go and advice on how to behave in Rome (something i found especially helpful was to not order coffee from a table or else you’ll have to pay a service charge). The staff are also nice, though the card key malfunctions sometimes.

Very expensive for what you get but it is Rome after all so everything is expensive. Staff were friendly and the rooms and bathrooms were pretty clean. It’s located a little bit out of the city centre but it’s an easy metro ride in. Would consider staying again if the price was right
