I’m sure it is great in Summer, but in winter, they make you do all their work for them. They send you an email and then direct you to WhatsApp and you have to check in and pay online and there is no option of paying cash, so you get charged extra for using a credit card. No one is there to greet you and no one is ever there besides the cleaning ladies who take sheets and leave. No maps, no one to talk to, you check out yourself. You get the keys from a lockbox. Not great
