Most of the staff didn't seem to know their job properly. The facilities aren't great and the laundry service takes more than 24 hours

Very nice staff, especially Malte and Kim! Great food at bar. Hostel needs to carve a space where people can chill out as you can always hear music playing, even in the dorms.

I loved Pariwana in Lima, but Pariwana Cusco is just another level. It's the perfect hostel to be social and meet interesting people, but it's also a chill place where the staff and guests are respectful and you can get a good night sleep or work if that's your vibe. The staff is incredible, especially the volunteers like Camila who made th experience enjoyable and fun. Muchas gracias a Pariwana y Todo El staff!
