The property handler was not so acceptable on complaints. He just disagreed to everything and said this is what we offer to everyone. We had to make early checkout to move to other place.

Room was small, and simple but clean. Hot water showers, breakfast was adequate but unspectacular - two eggs and toast with coffee. Located right next to Thamel district. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
A decent budget option.
