Booked and paid a room for 4 Mixed Dorm but the staff put me in room of 8 people. When asked, the staff said there was an error in the system and provided me no refund at all. The location of the hotel is quite bad and does not seem safe at all. - not recommend

This was the worst Hostel I have ever been to. They tried to rip us off us already by checking in, telling us that we should pay more than what was shown at the end price after booking it with Hostelworld. Really shady staff.
They then proceeded to give us a bedroom with more beds in it than we initially paid for. We discussed with the staff for a really long time about it, and they were trying to find arguments for it the hole time instead of accepting it. Cleanliness in bathroom = 0

Hostel was clean, in close proximity to
convenience shops like Edeka and easily accessible by U-Bahn and buses from the centre. The breakfast included offered a lot of choice and was definitely worth getting. The building itself is on a busy road so it stayed quite noisy at night.
