Really enjoyed my 7-night stay at APB! Friendly folks and lots of common areas that were all unique. Appreciated the hot showers after walking and hiking all day. The location was perfect, close to the waterfront and restaurants and there was a grocery store less than a 3 minute walk from the hostel. The place was always clean and inviting

One block off the main road, this location can be quieter. love the grass carpet making an immediate soft vibe extending back to the outdoor area.

It was a hassel free stay. Better intro briefing would have been helpful (ie available facilities such as kitchen, fridges, computor, etc). Location great...near Waterfront, busses, walking distance to waterfront, Seapoint and Moulie Point. Info provided on board of potential activities in Cape Town and surrounds. Careful to car owners and renters parking in street adjacent to backpacker...do not leave any valuables in parked cars. Overall, safe stay, people nice and very convenient location.
