It was all dirty, the mattresses old, the linen of plastic quality and smelly, the pillow was hard very uncomfortable,
Music everywhere high, I couldn't find a place where talk on the phone quite
Not a good experience
staff Sud American was very not gentle and rude ...... almost bothered to answer.
They ask for a charge for everything.
No towels no soap no shampoo ... you have to buy it from them
breakfast to pay, they don't give you a glass of hot water

They did not give me my key deposit back in the end which is annoying…. You would think they would give everyone this when they checkout but apparently not.
Said there is a happy hour but that turned out to be a lie. Not any vibe but I do get it’s off season, although hostel was quite busy.
Horrible kitchen with almost nothing in it and nothing functioning. Everyone fighting over 4 burners. Tiny fridge. Can’t imagine how crazy it would be when the hostel is full.
Room was great and clean.

It’s fine for a couple nights if you need cheap accommodation, great location, but if you’re a girl traveling solo do not book a mixed room a drunk man came into our room at midnight and started yelling at everyone and shoving the beds around. We packed up and got a hotel room at 1am and did not go back.
