I stayed before and after my jungle tour. Staff is very helpful, location is great. They helped me find a safe ride to the airport at 4:30am :) recommend

I stayed and in dorms at Flying Dog Iquitos and had a great time. It's in a good location nearby the main tourist plaza, good food nearby, friendly staff, and lots of great tours available to book with them at an good price

Our bathroom was dirty when we arrived with a thick layer of dust, it felt and smelt like the room hadn't been used in some time. We arrived late at night so didn't say anything at the time. The gate to the hostel was broken and wouldn't lock, so we didn't feel very safe. Also there is no soundproofing and the road was very loud. The AC was good and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall fine for a stop off for 1 night but wouldn't recommend for longer.
