There are two things we are proud of here at Step Inn: Location and Hospitality.
First, is our excellent location. We are situated in the well-known Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur, where everything is easily within walking distance. In this area is the busy China Town, street food heaven Jalan Alor, the best bar street in town Changkat, shopping central Bukit Bintang, and the famous Petronas Towers. We are also a few minute walk to the local metro (LRT), airport shuttle (Star Shuttle), and one of the central bus terminals (Pudu Sentral).
The second thing we pride ourselves in, is our hospitality. We do our best to establish, a warm homey environment. The moment you walk in the door, you are considered part of the family. We enjoy giving tips on the city, so you can fill your few days or maybe many days, with lots of things to do. Our knowledgeable staff can also give suggestions for your continuing journey out of Malaysia’s capital city.
We have many types of rooms available, triple, double, single, family, and dormitory beds. All rooms are clean, with a window and/or fan or A/C. Our reception desk for check-in and inquiries is open 24 along with our terrace balcony to relax or eat. We also offer a laundry service at an extra charge, free high-speed Wi-Fi, multiple shower facilities and fresh towels available on request.

"Step Inn-tastic Experience!" I stayed here for a few nights and loved the chill atmosphere and friendly staff. Its definitely bang for your buck, the location is close to a lot of tourist places and food streets, I recommend to backpackers looking for bed and hangout.
Ps: cheapest beers in the area.

property is well located but our private room was very basic. the hostel cleaning standard is not high. the window in the bathroom and our room had lots of grime. it's not bad but not ideal either. not many backpackers were there during our stay so not much opportunity to socialize. would be good to have reading lights near the bed in private room.

Door lock didn’t work. Air conditioner didn’t work. Someone stayed in the room and they didn’t even clean it after they left and there was rubbish in the room. No one was interested to help even after asked. So I am not coming back. Also under the pillow I found someone bandage which they left it there after using on the wound. Terrible place to stay.
