(2 females Spanish speaking ages 30 and 56) location is perfect, right smack in the middle of the city center so you can walk 1 way to the tourist spots and the other way to the local people spots. There is a supermarket very close. Easy access from airport using the bus, will drop you off on the main avenue.
Place itself being continuously cleaned by staff. 24hr front desk very helpful. They have events or food going on everyday. People have their own plans and can find others to join. They have a WhatsA

Lovely place to stay but a little on the expensive side! Breakfast was not the best so would be good to have as an optional extra rather than included in the price
