We gave the reception lady Scottish pound notes for the key deposit and she thought they were fake. She really took her time to give us the key and tell us which room we had to go to and it was already 1.30am and we were tired from our trip and all we wanted to do was rest. The rest of the staff was really nice and friendly except for that one lady, idk what her name was but she was there the night we arrived (nov 9)
the toilets didn’t flush properly, and it sometimes smelled like pipelines

Super suspicious, they did everything on paper, nothing on computer, and only wanted cash without specifying it online or on email. I was able to pay with card in the end but acted very suspicious. Made me leave 10 pounds to have a key for the room even tho I got it back, you had to give 10 pounds in cash.
