For starters, the staff barely communicated with us and when they did they were rude. They told us that we couldn't pay by card and then changed and said that we could but that would be an extra 5%. The room was very small for the amount of people. There were no lockers, hangers, or anywere to leave your stuff. Also not very clean. The location is not that bad and they did let us check in earlier than we were supposed to.

I will never recommend to any family or couple
1. There is very poor cleanliness , stairs and kitchen is smelly and dirty.
2. They charged 135 euros for room but offered two bunk bed.
3. Room was really very small , no table , no chair
4. It's not place for families Or couples ,
I really regret on going there
