WORST HOSTEL IN LONDON. Will NOT be coming back. Several occasions where the staff were extremely rude to me and did not show any way of remedying the issue. Wifi cut out and was completely broken the last night of my stay, making it impossible to contact my family back home. If you rely on wifi when traveling abroad do not rely on Generator. I was sent out simply for asking for ketchup from behind the bar. Staff were rude including forcing me to move 4 separate times when I was on the phone. :(

Not a great stay. Four bed room was the smallest of any of that type that I have ever stayed in. Mattress protector had a stain on it. Showers in the third floor men's bathroom did not lock and they did not have the two-door dressing room as many hostel showers have. No hairdryers, only hand-dryers. Squeaky door to the room made it impossible to enter or exit quietly. Location was away from main sights, transit was only about a 5-10 minute walk though.
