Showers were cold when I tried at night before got back from dinner and then again after dinner and in the morning. Not enough hot water to heat as much as they use for how many people stay there. Also loud club music can be heard from the bar all the way to the 5th floor in the corner… also both of my phone ports on my bed were loose and my usb kept sliding out and I was not able to change my phone from the top bunk… good location tho, nice helpful, quiet lockers to store stuff in rooms.

After travelling to 40+ countries on 5 continents, this is probably the lowest rating ive left. Genuinely there’s like 2 good things about this hostel & that’s the self check in & location. No kitchen = impossible to find somewhere to fill a water bottle (1 deep sink would have been great). Massive, rowdy school groups staying. Mattresses are literally plastic and beds not made. Luggage store was £8 for the day… & towels + earplugs are expensive - factor that into your budget and stay elsewhere

self check wasn’t super easy to navigate and had to get a security guard to help me because there was no staff around. rooms tiny, bathrooms very dirty and always super busy because there’s isn’t enough for the floor. and had to make my own bed which for the price seems a bit ridiculous
