Had an amazing stay here. Location is great, felt safe, close to Palermo Parks and walking distance to Metro. Great breakfast in Cafe next door! Alexandra and Emanuel went above and beyond to help me with planning my trips. Thank you!

The place is king of dirty. And the staff is really not accommodating. First they use the blue dollar for conversion which is illegal. Then they do not let any stranger have a drink inside with you. And finally they force you to leave the property at the time of check-out.
Wouldn’t go back.
Location is quite good though.

Great place! Location was within walking distance of all the nightlife and nice restaurants. The girl who works the front desde was fantastic. She provide a great assistance with other reservations and booking. Also as a Spanish translater. She deserves a raise!
