It was perfect location for exploring the area. Just bear in mind that is it a party hostel, so loud music and shouting can be heard from your room until 12pm every day. Food was nice from the restaurant and staff were very helpful with anything you need.

We stayed here for two nights and in all honesty we don’t believe it was worth the money. Every step of the way they make you pay for more things. We had to pay for towels and to fill up our water bottle.
We were told we would get a FREE drink upon arrival and when we asked about it they said that they didn’t do it which was quite annoying.
The pool wasn’t in the sun so you couldn’t sunbathe and the vibe felt like a primary school disco.
We would not recommend staying here. It’s overrated.

There is no consistency across mad monkeys in different locations. Sometimes towel cost you sometimes not. The hostel is overpriced and staff are not friendly. They make you pay for water refill and the menu is double the price compared to normal restaurants. Also the bed doesnt have a small shelf for glasses.
The vibe is off. You end up having a great time only because you meet great people. But as a hostel it’s terrible. Staff can learn how to be friendly too, after all we are all customers.
